Add documentation for the Search and Data APIs so users can use them.

Add API to perform point-to-point routing using nautical chart data.

Add an API to query combined terrain, low-res bathymetry, and high-res synthetic bathymetry from ENCs. Allow querying at a point, querying a raster DEM tile for 3d viewing, or querying along a line string.

Allow customers to perform self-serve customization of styles via a Style Editor in the cloud UI.

Implement a stylesheet that matches the full nautical chart specification, for users who would prefer to see all data instead of the default, reduced style.

Allow customers to purchase their own S-63 encrypted charts and upload them for use under the terms of the chart provider's license. Requires certification of Vector Charts with the IHO.
